DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALLIANCE BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY COMPANY AND LARGE DISTRIBUTOR IN AN EMERGING MARKET

Undertook a market research and international trade strategy, identified potential strategic partners for the distribution of a new technology in an emerging market and organized meetings with potential partners.

The small technology company benefited by establishing a strategic alliance with a large company that allows its new technology to be distributed on a large scale in a big market. The large company benefited by gaining access to innovation and additional revenues. Both partners gained by improving their competitive market position in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

PROJECT 2:
MARKETING PLAN AND PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY FOR A PRIVATE SECTOR AND NON-PROFIT COLLABORATION

Developed a marketing plan and partnership strategy, identified partnership opportunities and selected potential strategic partners.

The private sector organization benefited by reinforcing its access to new market segments, bolstered its corporate responsibility and sustainability activities, raised its visibility and strengthened its brand, expanded support to the non-profit sector and increased revenues. The partner NGO gained access to a strategic supplier, increased its visibility, gained access to new market segments, increased its membership and augmented its revenues.

PROJECT 3:
TRAINING ON PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OF PARTNERSHIP  ROJECTS/PROGRAMS FOR A GOVERNMENT AGENCY

Provided training to managers on performance management, results-based management, knowledge management and risk management.

This training provided staff with the opportunity to learn and apply new best practices and tools, improve project management and performance results, and strengthen partner relationships’ effectiveness.

MARKET RESEARCH AND PARTNER IDENTIFICATION FOR A CROWN CORPORATION

Undertook market research in a specific industry, identified market opportunities, listed potential partners, and provided strategic and marketing opportunities. Carried out research on best practices of companies demonstrating good corporate responsibility.

The client secured marketing strategies that strengthened its partnership programs, built partnerships with new organizations and leveraged strategic opportunities in a competitive industry.
