Strategic Planning and Competitive Strategy![]() PROJECT 1: Provided industry analysis, market research and competitor analysis combined with recommendations to the company on its strategic direction and organizational structure. The company improved its competitive position by gaining a better understanding of change happening in its market and external environment and gained intelligence about new competitors. Better informed company executives were enabled to make strategic decisions on company’s market segment and tap into new market opportunities for its next stage of growth and competitiveness. PROJECT 2: Developed a business plan including market and competitive analysis, marketing and sales strategy, ecosystem mapping, and identification of strategic partners to allow the company to grow and compete. The technology company gained a plan that fit the intentions and values of its CEO and executives with implementation solutions to grow and sustain its business in the long-term, partnering with the right companies to maximize its marketing impact in chosen market segments and gain a competitive position in its marketplace. PROJECT 3: Undertook a strategic planning exercise for branch programs and projects and prepared corporate planning products (performance management frameworks, budget plans, and resource allocation plans). The client organization was better able to manage its programs, resources and costs, monitor the performance and results of its programs and projects, engage more effectively with program/project partner organizations and communicate results to its various stakeholders. PROJECT 4: Undertook market research in a specific industry, identified market opportunities, listed potential partners, and provided strategic and marketing opportunities. Carried out research on best practices of companies demonstrating good corporate responsibility. The client secured marketing strategies that strengthened its partnership programs, built partnerships with new organizations and leveraged strategic opportunities in a competitive industry. |
